Joel Marion is the author of The Cheat to Lose Diet(Crown, 2007) and he is also the winner of the 2001 Body-for-LIFE Challenge, an international 12-week-long body transformation contest. Many of his articles have appeared in famous health and fitness publications, such as Woman’s Day, SELF,Clean Eating, MuscleMag International, Muscle and Fitness Hers,T-Nation.com and Oxygen.
Joel Marion has a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Health Education from The College of New Jersey, where he graduated with a Magna Cum Laude. In 2007, Joel Marion published a book, The Cheat to Lose Det, which turned out to be an absolute bestseller. can this be used for an endomorph to achieve 10% body fat while still eating McDonalds and Pizza?
